Holly Apostolou

Holly Apostolou is the founder and owner of Blacktip Advisory, a consulting firm providing strategic, administrative, grant, and compliance support to nonprofits and small government organizations. Before launching her consulting practice, Holly spent nearly 20 years in Florida state government, specializing in environmental policy and collaborating with local governments, nonprofit organizations, universities, and state agencies on a wide range of initiatives and grant programs. She also worked for Assateague Coastal Trust and spent over a decade organizing events with a nonprofit educational organization.

A Florida native and coastal soul, Holly and her three dogs moved to Ocean City in June 2025, where her now-husband Billy has lived full-time for several years and vacationed his entire life. Holly is excited to become more deeply involved in the community she now calls home. She brings a strong commitment to collaboration, public service, and building partnerships that create meaningful benefits for communities. Holly is honored to serve on the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board and support its efforts to strengthen educational opportunities, develop future leaders, and contribute to the continued vitality of the Ocean City community.
